Set the Space
Let your bathing space become sacred. Light a candle, dim the lights, or simply breathe deeply and let the silence settle. Winter is the time to go inward.Awaken the Bar
Wet the Frau Holle bar and warm it between your hands. Inhale the scent — resinous, floral, and forest-deep — like walking through a snow-laced grove. The Anointing
Massage the lather over your skin with slow, thoughtful movements. Let the elderflower and oils draw tension from your body, and the amethyst-infused energy guide you toward stillness.Invocation of Renewal
As you wash, speak (or think) the words:
“By Frau Holle’s snow and starlight veil, I let go, I rest, I heal.”Rinse & Reflect
Rinse with warm water and imagine winter winds clearing what’s old, leaving only softness, clarity, and strength beneath.Seal the Spell
After bathing, wrap yourself in warmth. Moisturize your skin, sip something nourishing, or simply rest. Let this be your ritual of quiet power, woven with earth, myth, and moonlight.
